Payments must be paid in total upfront in USD through PayPal once commission request is approved. Clients can pay bigger commissions (such as character sheets and full backgrounds) with a 50% downpayment before the process starts and the remaining 50% before the Artist sends the final files.

The Artist is allowed to decline commission requests they are not comfortable with.

All commissions will be done digitally and in the Artist's most recent art style.

Refunds are not accepted once the Artist begins the Client's commission.

Minor changes are allowed in between check-ins. However, extra fees may apply for significant changes after final sketch (+50% base price) or changes after the final touches (+75% base price). Maximum number of renditions: three (2) minor only in sketch and color progress.

The Artist has the right to publish all commissions on any social media platform. Otherwise, it must state the Client's commission request.

The Client is not allowed to sell the commission as their own or use it commercially.

Requesting a commission means the Client has read and approved all terms and conditions.
